About the Founder
KATRIN JAENICKE
Founder | Business Coach | Team & Organizational Development
Katrin combines more than a decade of experience in international corporate environments with professional coaching expertise, leadership experience and a strong academic foundation in international business.
She holds a Master of Science in International Business and has built her career across commercial functions, HR, project management, change, communication, learning and enablement.
Today, she works at Director level in an international healthcare organization, leading a team in the context of global business and technology transformation.
Alongside her corporate career, Katrin completed three professional coaching qualifications at the Dr. Bock Coaching Akademie: Life Coach (DBCA), Business Coach (DBCA) and Inner Change Coaching according to Dr. Petra Bock.
